- Which VFD makers do we cover?
- ABB ACS series (550, 880, 1000), Siemens Sinamics G/S, Yaskawa A1000/U1000, Schneider Altivar Process, Danfoss VLT marine, Vacon NXP. Service tools and basic spares for each.
- How long does a typical VFD / motor diagnostic attendance take?
- Three to five hours alongside, including DC bus voltage capture, motor current signature, brake resistor test and parameter audit. Replacement varies — brake resistor swap is 60–90 minutes; chopper or front-end module is half a day.
- Can we attend during cargo operations?
- Diagnostic capture is non-disruptive and runs on the equipment in its normal duty cycle. Component replacement requires the affected machinery to be taken off-line, which we schedule around the cargo plan with the chief engineer.
