- Can we attend crane VFD faults at any US port?
- Yes. We attend at all major US ports — East Coast, Gulf, West Coast — under the standard wizard flow. Engineer typically on the gangway within four to six hours of intake, faster at the largest hubs (Houston, NY/NJ, Long Beach).
- Do we handle hatch cover automation as well as deck cranes?
- Yes — hatch cover sequence faults, single-phasing, motor JB ingress and limit-switch chatter all fall in the same dispatch. Same kit (Fluke 438-II, Megger MIT525, ABB / Siemens / Yaskawa service tools) handles both.
- How long does a typical crane VFD attendance take?
- Diagnostic capture (DC bus voltage during a load-cycle, brake resistor verification) runs two to four hours. Brake resistor replacement is a further sixty to ninety minutes. Full controller replacement with commissioning is half a day.
